A worn out or blown head gasket will show its self with following signs from your car
1. The first thing to look out for is the water level in the radiator i.e. how long it takes for the level of the water in the radiator to change.
2. Loss of power when the car is at operating temperatures, also the cars inability to idle without input from the accelerator.
3. The radiator boils, and there is excessive pressure coming out from it, which in turn causes the radiator hoses to rupture under the pressure.
4. The engine oil comes out milky white (due to mixture with water).
