Volkswagen has released its latest incarnation of the Golf GTI the Golf GTi MK6 and as expected it is the most powerful GTi to be produced yet. The changes to the look and feel of the car have not been that radical the refinements have been mostly to the cars performance. power is up and is now at 155kw, however the torque is the same only it is available at wider RPM range 1700 RPM to 5 200 RPM. With this the GTI can achieve a 0-100km/h sprint in 6.9 seconds the top speed is 240km/h. A quarter mile sprint is done in 27.3 seconds.
