I must admit that as developers our arch-enemy is IE. Not so much  because MS force it down our throat but because  60% of internet users think its the best browser ever and will simply not use any other, argh!!!

That said, as a developer you have an obligation to test your web apps in IE. So, some clever folk are developing an IE rendering engine : IETester. this browser application gives you the ability to test your web app / site under several IE version in a tabbed browser.

It crashes now and again in Vista, other than that, it gives you a whooping IE browser testing platform.
