A Prenuptial Agreement is a contract between two people about to get married and it spells out how assets will be distributed should the couple get divorced or in the event of death of one partner.The sad fact is that over 50% of all marriages will end up in divorce. If you are planning on aquiring any significant amount of wealth, when you get married it is best to get a prenup to protect your hard earned assets. No couple ever gets married “planning” to getting divorced, in the real world people change, times change you need to protect yourself should the worst happen.
