So what is the difference between being rich and being wealthy? There are quite a few people in the world who are rich and even fewer who are wealthy. Here’s the difference:-

Being rich is when you earn a lot of money. There are rich CEO’s, Doctors, Lawyers, Musicians, Actors, Businessmen, Sportsmen… Rich people perform a job and are paid well for doing it, and they can afford all the “good things” in life. The only problem is that with bad financial management or when they stop working, rich people could very easily become poor. We have all heard of people who used to “have it all” until “something happened” and they lost it all and became poor. Having a job or a business which earns you a lot of money can make you rich but will not necessarily make you wealthy.

Let’s move on …

Being wealthy is when you reach a point where you never have to work again for the rest of your life and can stil enjoy “the good life” because you earn enough Passive Income. Wealthy people can’t become poor again unlike rich people who have sometimes been known to lose it all.

At the end of the day, it’s not about how much money you make, what’s more important is how much money you save and invest.
